Draven and Draven Special Interactions

If Draven catches the axe of an enemy Draven, he will shout "Yoink" or "Nice axe, I'll take it!"

Special Altar Interactions

The West Altar and the East Altar on Twisted Treeline feature many unique pieces of dialogue when captured by champions affiliated with the Shadow Isles including:


Elise
West Altar: -Your power is not worth the price, Elise. -Your humanity traded away, and for what?
East Altar: -The apider welcomes you, Elise! -We thank you for your gifts, Elise!

Hecarim
West Altar: -Mordekaiser is not to be trusted, Hecarim. -I aid you because I must, Hecarim. -Remember who you once where, Hecarim. 
East Altar: Lead our charge, Hecarim, and may the living tremble! -They will fear the thundering hooves of the dead!

Karthus
West Altar: -What kind of man embraces death? -No good will come from your sorcery, Karthus. -I also hear the songs of the dead. 
East Altar: -Unleash us, Karthus! -I serve you willingly, Lich! -A man who chose to join us... Glorious. -The dark requiem will be the last thing they hear!

Mordekaiser
West Altar: -Mordekaiser, are you also a prisoner? -I serve you because I must, Mordekaiser. 
East Altar: -I serve you gladly, Mordekaiser! -Free me my lord so I may aid you!

Yorick
West Altar: -Are you lonely, Yorick? -As you wish, Gravedigger. -Alas, poor Yorick. 
East Altar: -Slay them, Gravedigger! Make them serve us! -Bring out your dead! Bring out your dead! -Get to your task, Gravedigger! -Make our number endless!

Twisted Fate and Graves Special Interactions

If Twisted Fate manages to stun Graves with his Gold Card, he will shout one of three phrases: 

"Dead in his tracks.",

"Tough luck Malcolm." (Malcolm is Graves' first name) or

"Simmer down hot-shot." 


Graves apparently does not have any witty comeback, nor any special interactions with TF. 

Vi and Jayce Special Interaction

When Vi ults Jayce, she will say a special phrase: "Hey Jayce... Powerslam!" 

Volibear and ZIlean Special Interactions

When there's a Zilean in the enemy team, Volibear will have a persistent buff called "Chronokeeper Hater". It reads: "Not even Zilean can keep an armored bear out of the League of Legends."



While Zilean will gain his own buff, if there's a Volibear in the enemy team. It's labeled: "Armored Bear Hater". It reads: "In my day, we would never have allowed an armored bear into the League of Legends." 




This is know as the "Riot War", and has a direct impact on the game itself. 


Whenever Volibear kills Zilean, he will always recieve a bonus 11 gold. Upon Zilean's death, Volibear may or may not say one of two phrases: "Your time has run out, Chronokeeper.", or "I have a special claw for you, Zilean." These phrases appear randomly, and can occur more than once per match. 

Zilean has no special phrases, odly enough, but will recieve additional 10 gold upon killing Volibear. 

Aatrox and Tryndamere Special Interaction

Aatrox will say a unique line, when an enemy Tryndamere enters his sight range.

"Tryndamere... my greatest creation." 



This refers to Tryndamere's confrontaion with Aatrox in Tryndamere's lore. 


He will only say this line once, when he "meets" an enemy Tryndamere for the first time. 

Graves and Nocturne Special Interactions

If you use Graves' "W- Smoke Screen" on an enemy Nocture, Graves will randomly say one of two phrases:

"Who's in the dark now?" or 

"I got your darkness.". 


Nocturne also startes to swirl when he is in the "Smokescreen". 

Vi and Caitlyn Special Interactions

Vi has several secret interactions with Caitlyn.

Allied Caitlyn:

• Each gains the cosmetic buff, "On The Case: Piltover's Finest".
• Each gains +1 movement speed while near one another.
• Each gains +1 bonus gold if both of them participate in a kill.
• Three unique phrases in response to an allied Ace in the Hole.

Enemy Caitlyn:

• If Vi taunts while near an enemy Caitlyn, she will perform one of two special taunts. Doing so gives a cosmetic debuff to Caitlyn called "Agitated: How Agitating", which remains until Caitlyn damages Vi or Caitlyn dies.
• Three unique phrases in response to an enemy Ace in the Hole which hits Vi, but does not kill her.

Zyra's three Special Interactions

Zyra has tree specal interactions with other champions:

• When hit by Leona's Sunlight passive, Zyra's character model grows slightly larger, as do her plants. (It's a reference to photosynthesis). This effect will last 20 seconds and it won't stack. 

• When Maokai is very close to Zyra, he gains 1 movement speed.

• When Zyra or Sion kill one another, they will gain 2 additional gold. This is a reference to the game "Plants vs Zombies".

Rengar and Kha'Zix Special Event

A buff, labeled "The Hunt is On!", will appear at a random time if Rengar posses a Bonetooth Necklace and Kha' Zix has used all three of his evolution points.

Rengar's buff states that "Rengar must kill Kha'Zix first to become the ultimate hunter. (Assist count)."

While the buff on Kha'Zix will state "Kha'Zix must kill Rengar first to become the ultimate predator. (Assit count)". 

If Rengar kills or participates in killing an enemy Kha'Zix, his Bonethooth Necklace will be replaced with a new item, The Head of Kha'Zix. The Head of Kha'Zix holds the same stats as a fully stacked Bonethooth Necklace, but these stacks cannot be lost upon death The Bonethooth Necklace will become fully stacked regardless of how many stacks Rengar had before killing Kha'Zix. 

He will also recieve a new buff icon labeled "Victory!". It reads, 'Rengar has slained his otherwordly nemesis Kha'Zix, proving to the world that he is the ultimate hunter.'

If Kha'Zix kills or participates in killing an enemy Rengar, he will recieve a fourth evolution point. 

Kha'Zix will also recieve a buff labeled "Victory!" It says, 'Kha'Zix has slain his bestial nemesis Rengar, evolving into the ultimate predator.'

One final note: Rengar has two hidden phrases when fighting Kha'Zix. If Kha'Zix activates his stealth during Rengar's ultimate, Thrill of The Hunt, Rengar will sometimes say one of two phrases: "I found you, beast!" or "I see you, wretched creature!".
