Start with: Boots and 4 health pots.
Then buy (in order): Bloodthirster, Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer, Infinity Edge, The Black Cleaver.
Situational final two items: Last Whisper, Guardian Angel, Sword of the Divine, Frozen Mallet.
Abilities
Start with your Q, then E, Q, W, and then max Q as quickly as possible. Afterwards max your W, and finally your E. You should of course always upgrade ultimate whenever it's possible.
Playstyle
When in lane, try to farm, but also harass as much as possible. Play rather agressive, and try to catch your axe.
In teamfights, focus the damage dealer, perhaps their ADC. And just stay behind and harass as much as possible.
