Teemo can actuallly become invisible two seconds after activating the recall spell. This glitch is only possible if one mastery point is invested into Improved Recall. Improved Recall is located on the top right corner of the Utily mastery page.Rumors say that this is still not patched.
This glitch has unfortunately got patched. :(
